Tyquan Thornton Dynasty Value

The fastest player at the 2022 combine. 4.28 forty at 181 pounds, a time that sent his stock soaring from Day 3 into the second round. Four years at Baylor produced solid but never dominant numbers: 3.4 receptions and 53.4 yards per game across 42 career games with 19 touchdowns. The senior season was the best at 67.7 yards per game with 4.4 receptions and 10 touchdowns. 15.7 career yards per reception confirms the deep-ball ability. At 6'3" and 181 pounds the frame is narrow, and the 4.28 speed will need to carry him because contested-catch ability at that weight is limited. The junior-year dip to 31.6 yards per game in 5 games is a red flag. R2.50 to New England for a combine-speed darling whose blazing forty vaulted him into the second round despite production that suggests a one-dimensional deep threat.
