Quinn Ewers Dynasty Value

Once the number-one overall recruit in America, Ewers reclassified to Ohio State, never played, transferred to Texas, and delivered three seasons that never matched the billing. His 2023 campaign was the closest to expectations: 69.0% completion, 3,479 yards at 289.9 per game, 22 touchdowns, 6 interceptions in 12 games. The 2024 season regressed to 65.8% with 3,472 yards at 248 per game, 31 touchdowns but 12 interceptions across 14 games. His 2022 debut was limited to 10 games (58.0%, 212.8 ypg, 15 TD, 6 INT). Career totals across 36 games: 64.9% completion, 9,079 yards at 252.2 per game, 68 touchdowns, 24 interceptions (2.8:1 ratio). At 214 pounds with -59 career rushing yards and no combine forty, this is a pure pocket passer with no rushing upside whatsoever, 8 career rushing touchdowns notwithstanding (all goal-line). Injuries were a recurring theme across all three Texas seasons. R7.231 for the most overhyped prospect of his recruiting generation whose talent flashed often enough to get drafted but never sustained itself long enough to justify more than a Day 3 flier.
