Milton has the strongest arm in this class and possibly the widest gap between physical tools and on-field production. Six seasons at Michigan and Tennessee produced just 5,341 passing yards (133.5 per game) with 37 touchdowns and 11 interceptions across 40 games at 61.5% completion. He bounced around early: 66.7% on 45 yards as a Michigan freshman in 2018, 56.7% and 179.5 per game in 2020, then a Tennessee transfer where he threw for just 46.9 yards per game in 2021 and 121.4 per game in 2022 as a part-time player. The 2023 breakout finally showed what the tools could produce: 64.8%, 2,814 yards, 234.5 per game, 20 touchdowns. At 235 pounds with a 4.63 forty and 35-inch vertical, he is built like a linebacker who can throw a ball 70 yards. He added 650 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground. R6.193 for a physical freak whose six-year career yielded exactly one season of real starter production, making this a pure tools bet with almost no track record of sustained passing success.
