Trey Palmer Dynasty Value

Two years at LSU with almost invisible production before transferring to Nebraska and finding his game. Palmer had just 1.2 and 12.3 yards per game in his two LSU seasons, then jumped to 34.4 at Nebraska as a junior and erupted for 86.9 yards per game as a senior with 71 catches and 9 touchdowns. At 6'1" and 192 pounds with a 4.33 forty, Palmer is one of the fastest receivers in this class. 12 career touchdowns in 33 games. The concern is obvious: this is a one-year wonder who couldn't crack the lineup at LSU, and the 29.5-inch vertical is poor. R6.191 to Tampa Bay where the Bucs see a speed merchant who could stretch the field.
