Kurtis Rourke Dynasty Value

Rourke played six seasons across Ohio and Indiana, quietly putting together one of the more efficient careers in this class. His 2024 at Indiana under Curt Cignetti was the peak: 69.4% completion, 3,042 yards at 253.5 per game, 29 touchdowns, only 5 interceptions in 12 games during the Hoosiers' breakthrough season. Before that, his best year at Ohio was 2022: 69.1% completion, 3,256 yards at 296 per game, 25 touchdowns, 4 picks. Career totals across 48 games: 67.1% completion, 10,716 yards (223.2 per game), 79 touchdowns, 21 interceptions, a solid 3.8:1 ratio. He added 797 career rushing yards and 13 rushing touchdowns at 220 pounds, enough mobility to extend plays without being a true dual-threat. No combine forty on record. The question with Rourke is familiar: the 2024 Indiana season coincided with the best team the program has ever fielded, making it difficult to separate quarterback development from circumstance. R7.227 for a six-year veteran whose efficiency and ball security have been consistently above average, but whose best year came surrounded by the best roster he's ever had.
