Kenny Pickett Dynasty Value

Pickett spent five years at Pittsburgh, but the first four looked nothing like the fifth. From 2017 through 2020, he was a middling ACC starter: 59-61% completion, 127 to 268 yards per game, never more than 13 touchdowns in a season. Then 2021 happened. 67.2% completion, 4,319 yards, 332.2 yards per game, 42 touchdowns to just 7 picks. That senior explosion is the entire reason he went in the first round. The career totals across 52 games, 62.5% completion, 12,303 yards, 81 touchdowns against 32 interceptions (2.5:1 ratio), are dragged up almost entirely by that one monster season. 827 rushing yards and 20 rushing touchdowns over his career give him a modest scramble dimension. Measured 217 pounds at the combine with a 4.73 forty and 33.5-inch vertical. Adequate tools, not special ones. The hand-size noise at Indianapolis overshadowed the bigger question: is the 2021 version of Pickett his true ceiling, or was it a perfect-storm situation with Pitt's offensive talent and a weak ACC? R1.20 for a five-year starter whose draft stock was built on 13 games that looked nothing like the 39 before them.
