Dawson Knox Dynasty Value

Zero career touchdowns in 18 games at Ole Miss. That is the strangest stat line of any tight end drafted in this class. He barely appeared in 2016, recording zero catches in his lone game. As a junior he posted 24 catches for 321 yards in 8 games, averaging 3.0 catches and 40.1 yards per game at 13.4 yards per reception. His senior year actually saw a dip in volume: 14 catches for 278 yards across 9 games, though the 19.9 yards per catch hinted at big-play ability. Career totals: 38 catches for 599 yards and zero touchdowns in 18 games. At 254 pounds with a 4.59 forty and 34.5-inch vertical, the athletic testing is legitimately strong for the position. The tape shows a player who can win after the catch with his movement skills. The zero-touchdown anomaly feels more like a scheme artifact in Ole Miss's offense than a reflection of his talent. R3.96 for an athletic tight end whose physical tools are NFL-ready but whose puzzling college production leaves more questions than answers about the fantasy ceiling.
