Pre-draft scouting report
Three years at Oklahoma under Lincoln Riley, catching passes from three different starting quarterbacks: Baker Mayfield as a freshman, Kyler Murray as a sophomore, and Jalen Hurts as a junior. CeeDee Lamb produced at an elite level with all of them. That quarterback-proof production is the most compelling thing on the resume: 82.2 receiving yards per game across 40 career games with a staggering 19.1 yards per reception and 32 touchdowns. The big-play ability is off the charts. Lamb's ability to turn short catches into long gains through contact and in open space makes him one of the most dynamic receivers with the ball in his hands to enter the draft in recent memory. The trajectory shows growth every year: 62.1 yards per game as a true freshman, 82.5 as a sophomore alongside Marquise Brown, then 102.1 as a junior with 14 touchdowns when he became the clear alpha. Skipped the NFL Combine, so no official testing numbers. But the tape shows a player who wins at every level of the route tree with suddenness, body control, and an almost unfair ability to adjust to the football in the air. The most complete wide receiver in this draft class, whose production profile, versatility, and playmaking instincts give him the highest floor of any pass catcher available.
