Will Howard Dynasty Value

Howard spent four years at Kansas State going nowhere in particular, then transferred to Ohio State and won a national championship. The contrast is stark. His K-State years produced completion rates ranging from 53.6% (2020) to 61.2% (2023) with 49 touchdowns and 25 interceptions across 33 games at 130-233 yards per game. At Ohio State in 2024, playing behind a loaded offensive line with first-round talent around him, he posted 73.0% completion, 4,010 yards at 250.6 per game, 35 touchdowns, 10 interceptions across 16 games. Career totals across 49 games: 63.8% completion, 9,796 yards (199.9 per game), 83 touchdowns, 35 interceptions (2.4:1 ratio). At 236 pounds with a 31.5-inch vertical, Howard is built like a tight end, and the 1,160 career rushing yards with 26 rushing touchdowns reflect real power on the ground (364 rushing yards in both 2020 and 2023 at K-State). R6.185 for a national champion whose physical profile and rushing ability are legitimate, with the lingering question of whether the 2024 version was genuine growth or a product of the best supporting cast in college football.
