Van Jefferson Dynasty Value

The son of longtime NFL wide receiver and current NFL receivers coach Shawn Jefferson. Van brings a football lineage that goes beyond genetics. He spent two years at Ole Miss before transferring to Florida to play under Dan Mullen, giving him four years of SEC experience across two programs. The production was remarkably consistent and remarkably modest: 45.2, 45.6, 45.7, and 54.8 receiving yards per game across four seasons. A flat trajectory that barely moved over four years. 48.0 career yards per game with 3.9 receptions across 45 games and 16 touchdowns. The 12.3 yards-per-reception average is below-average for a player drafted in the second round. 200 pounds at 6'2" with polished route-running learned from his father's coaching as the real calling card. Jefferson runs precise routes and understands how to create separation within structure, even if the athletic traits don't pop. No official forty time from the combine. A polished, experienced receiver with an NFL pedigree whose floor is a reliable complementary target but whose modest college production suggests the ceiling is limited.
