Tank Dell Dynasty Value

Three years at Houston and by the end Tank Dell was one of the most productive receivers in all of college football. The climb was steep: 53.5 as a freshman, 94.9 as a sophomore, then 107.5 yards per game as a junior with 17 touchdowns and 109 catches. 32 career touchdowns in just 35 games is an absurd scoring rate, and 90.1 career yards per game with 6.5 receptions per game shows a player who wins with quickness and route savvy. At 5'10" and 165 pounds with a 4.49 forty, Dell is small by NFL standards and the size concerns are legitimate. But the production is hard to argue with. Dana Holgorsen's Air Raid inflated volume across the roster, but Dell was clearly the best player on the field every week. R3.69 to Houston where the Texans get a hometown hero who has to prove the frame can survive NFL physicality.
