Justice Hill Dynasty Value

4.40 forty at 198 pounds. Hill was one of the most explosive athletes in the Big 12 for three straight seasons at Oklahoma State. 58% rate of 100-yard games across 36 career games is one of the best consistency marks in this entire class, and the efficiency held up even as the receiving numbers declined from 2.4 to 1.3 receptions per game. The size is the question mark; 198 pounds isn't a lead-back build at the NFL level, no matter how fast you run. R4 capital likely means a change-of-pace or committee role, but the speed and burst translate immediately. The dynasty case is built on whether an NFL coaching staff sees enough in that 4.40 to manufacture 12-15 quality touches per game.
