Josh Downs Dynasty Value

Three years at North Carolina and one of the most productive slot receivers in recent ACC history. After a 4-game freshman year, Downs posted 102.7 yards per game as a sophomore and 93.5 as a junior, with 22 career touchdowns in 28 games. 88.7 career yards per game and 7.2 receptions per game from the inside, catching passes from Drake Maye whose emergence as a top quarterback prospect was fueled in part by the connection with Downs. At 5'10" and 171 pounds with a 4.48 forty and 38.5-inch vertical, Downs is undersized but plays with quickness and competitiveness that belie the frame.
