Hunter Long Dynasty Value

Long caught 89 balls for 1,297 yards and 9 touchdowns in 26 games across three seasons at Boston College, averaging 3.4 receptions and 49.9 yards per game. Barely touched the field as a freshman in 2018, logging just 4 catches for 103 yards in 4 games, but showed flashes with a 25.8 yards-per-reception mark. His 2019 campaign brought 28 catches for 509 yards and 2 scores across 11 games, including an 18.2 yards-per-reception average that demonstrated real downfield ability. Then the junior year breakout: 57 receptions for 685 yards and 5 touchdowns in 11 games, becoming the focal point of BC's passing attack at 5.2 catches and 62.3 yards per game. His 14.6 career yards per reception is an impressive number for a tight end working against ACC defenses week after week. No combine testing data is available, leaving the athletic projection as a question mark. The production arc is textbook, though. Went from role player to primary option in three years, and the receiving volume held up over a full season. R3.81 for a productive college tight end whose tape answers some of the athletic questions the combine could not.
