Dallas Goedert Dynasty Value

Dominated at the FCS level for South Dakota State in a way that put him squarely on the NFL radar despite the competition concerns. Only 3 games and 8 receptions for 154 yards show up in the FCS tracking data, but the tape told the fuller story. At 256 pounds with a 35-inch vertical, he has the size and explosiveness to play as a true in-line tight end who also wins in the passing game. The Senior Bowl performance against FBS talent validated everything evaluators saw on the small-school film. Goedert blocks with physicality, runs routes with nuance, and catches the ball naturally. The lack of a recorded forty time leaves some athletic questions, but his play speed on tape answered most of them. R2.49 for the most well-rounded tight end in this class, whose tools and tape suggest a high floor even with the FCS competition discount baked in.
